We want you to love your Hugh & Grace products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

How to Start a Return

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

• A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover the cost of returning items to our warehouse.

• Refunds can be issued to your original form of payment or as store credit (issued via email as a Hugh & Grace gift card). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Instructions

Please follow these steps to ensure your return is processed quickly:

1. Securely pack your items. If available, use the original packaging.

2. Attach your return label to the outside of your package.

3. Drop off your package at your nearest carrier location within 5 days.

4. Once your return is received and approved, your refund or store credit will be issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This will be noted on the product page. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
