Body Oil: Warm oil in your hands and massage all over body for superior protection against your environment. For best results, use morning and evening.

Dry Brush: Starting at your feet, gently brush towards your heart in short upward strokes, checking in with your body along the way to determine the right amount of pressure for you. For best results, brush for 3-5 minutes as often as once a day. Avoid brushing the face and chest. To fully exfoliate and awaken your skin's vital energy, brush for 3-5 minutes daily. To clean your brush, gently wipe the bristles with a damp towel. Avoid wetting the brush directly. For external use only. Stop use at the first sign of irritation. Avoid contact with eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse with plenty of water.
