  • Cleanse your face thoroughly, blot dry, and apply Hugh & Grace Face or Night Serum over your entire face. Try to relax and be mindful while treating your skin.
  • Now you can begin your Gua Sha practice. Holding the tool at a 30 to 45-degree angle, very gently pull and scrape it across your skin.
  • As a rule, all movements should be upward and follow the lymphatic flow.
  • Repeat each movement 3 to 5 times before moving to the next area of your skin.
