SHAMPOO: Wet your hair, lather and rinse. For best results, repeat rinse and follow with Your Best Hair Day Conditioner + Masque.

CONDITIONER:

USE AS A RINSE: After shampooing with Your Best Hair Day Shampoo, apply to your clean hair, leave on for 1-3 minutes, then rinse.

USE AS A MASQUE: After shampooing, massage into wet hair allowing up to 20 minutes for the ingredients to be absorbed. Rinse thoroughly.
